ABDULLAH SALEM TRADING ESTABLISHMENT was founded in 1976, when Abdullah Salem Ali Al Mashaikhi was developing real estate, including Flats, Mosques, Schools, Auditoriums, and Homes in various areas such as Muscat and Al Sharqiya Region.

Over the past 50 years, our hard work and dedication to perfection have established us as a premier full-service general contracting and development firm. While we focus on high-style design and craftsmanship, we know that the process of completing a project well, while paying attention to the clients’ input, is what the market needs and what we’re able to provide. Our process during the project is just as important as the completed product; many companies can get the job done, but few can get it done in a way that also makes the journey enjoyable.

Today we work as a main contractor on commercial, industrial and residential projects across Muscat and the interior, and on site works for PDO and other oil and gas clients. Because we own our plant and employ our own crews, we can take a project from site clearance through structure and finishing without sub contracting the critical stages.

Renovation and restoration

Alongside new build we take on renovation projects, including historical buildings where the work has to respect the original construction. This is specialised work, and it is one of the reasons clients with older properties in Muscat come to us.
